These energy bites are ridiculousy easy to make! Simply mix all ingredients in one bowl, place drops on a baking tray and pop them in the oven. Ingredients can be easily substituted as the wet/dry ratio doesn't matter as much with this recipe. Using a generous amount of cocoa powder adds a nice chocolatey taste without the sugar or guilt found in chocolate.
This micro-batch was my first time baking with tahini and is great vegan alternative to the classic chocolate chip cookie. The batter was very oily, however the cookies came out of the oven moist, chewy and not at all greasy

This Easter weekend we exchanged our fondest Easter memories and traditions which consisted of chocolate eggs and the occaisonal chocolate bunny. This inspired me to bake, for the first time ever, a batch of creamy chocolate brownies...
