These energy bites are ridiculousy easy to make! Simply mix all ingredients in one bowl, place drops on a baking tray and pop them in the oven. Ingredients can be easily substituted as the wet/dry ratio doesn't matter as much with this recipe. Using a generous amount of cocoa powder adds a nice chocolatey taste without the sugar or guilt found in chocolate.
